New client forms will be emailed to you for completion. These form will give you the opportunity to share any information that you would like taken into consideration when your individualized meal plan is being developed. Things such as:
Dietary habits
Daily schedule
Current meal preparation
Current body composition for determining individual protein requirements
Once your forms are completed and reviewed by Belle's, we will be mailing to you a new client binder which will contain items such as:
General guidelines to follow until your individualized plans have been developed
Home blood typing kit – and if you have already confirmed your type with us, feel free to pass it along to a friend or family member.
Assignment of personal discount code for use when ordering BTD products
Once your blood type is confirmed and your new client form has been completed, your individualized integrated nutrition meal plan will be delivered to you electronically.
