Return/Refund Policy
Providing the highest quality service and products to our customers is Belle’s first priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the UNOPENED product(s) purchased directly from Belle’s, under the following conditions;
For Retail Clients of BTD Products
- Returned items must be authorized by Belle’s within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. Authorization is received by contacting our Customer Support team at 1-866-4-BELLES.
- Returned product(s) must be in its original, unopened condition and packaging and include original receipt.
- Returned items are subject to a 15% processing fee.
- Refunds and applicable taxes will be in the form of original payment.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
For Meal Planning Service Clients
- Monthly services can be cancelled at any time.
- The refunded amount will be less the prorated amount for the weeks plans were received during that month.
- Refunds are not available on received meal plans, recipes or weekly planning guides.
- Receipt of payment is necessary for cancellation.
- Refund will be provided in original form of payment.
Shipping Policy
Belle’s Balanced Nutrition will offer free shipping on the BTD Product Bundles portions of shipping only. Other single items selected might still qualify for a shipping fee and will be calculated at the time of check-out and added to the customers shopping cart total.
Shipping Charges Applied by Currency (effective Feb 1, 2007):
$0-16.99= $4 : $17-39.99= $8 : $40-74.99= $10
$75 and greater= FREE
All orders that total $75.00 and higher will qualify for free shipping on the entire order. Please be sure to select "Free Shipping" from the pull down shipping options menu at the time of check-out.
Shipping will be via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Shipping within the continental 48 states. Upgrading your shipping method (ie. Overnight) is available by contacting Belle's at 1-866-4-BELLES.
Shipping Schedule: All orders placed M-F by 5:00 p.m. CST will be processed that day for shipment the following afternoon. All orders placed on Sat & Sun will be processed on Monday and will ship on Tuesday afternoons.
